We believe a good commission starts with both sides knowing exactly what to expect.
Terms & Conditions
- By commissioning, you agree to these terms in full.
- All artwork remains the sugar kitty's authority until final payment is received.
- Commercial use rights are negotiated per project and stated on the invoice.
Revision Policy
- Two free revision rounds are included at the sketch and color stages.
- Additional revisions are billed at $25 per round.
- Major changes after final approval require a new mini-commission.
Refund Policy
- Full refund if work has not yet started.
- 50% refund during the sketch phase.
- No refund after the inking/rigging stage begins — partial assets will be delivered.
Cancellation Policy
- You may cancel anytime — refund follows the stage above.
- We reserve the right to cancel for abusive conduct, with full refund of unworked portions.
- Long client silences (30+ days) may forfeit advance deposit.
Delivery Policy
- Files delivered via Google Drive in PSD, PNG, and Live2D formats.
- Standard delivery: 2–4 weeks depending on scope.
- Rush delivery available with a 30% surcharge.
Client Responsibility
- Provide clear references and timely feedback (within 5 business days).
- Respect the artist's process — micro-managing slows delivery.
- Credit Sugar Kitty when posting the final reveal.
